KRS 201.060: Title to property.

The title to all property acquired for the purposes of this chapter, shall be in the name of

the board, and the board may exchange or sell for the benefit and use of the home, any of

the property conveyed to, or owned or held by the board. All such sales o r exchanges of

real estate must be authorized or approved by the county judge/executive and by the

mayor of the city of the first class.
