KRS 201.210: Annual reports of board.

Within sixty (60) days after the close of each fiscal year, the board shall make to the

county judge/executive and to the mayor of the city of the first class, for transmission to

the fiscal court of the county and to the legislative body of the city, resp ectively, a report

of the fiscal and other operations of the board and of the home for the previous fiscal

year, accompanied by information and tables showing the character and extent of such

operations.
