KRS 205.172: Required reports to Legislative Research Commission.

The Office of the Attorney General shall submit a report to the Legislative Research

Commission on efforts to implement KRS 15.812, 205.1781, 205.193, 205.200,

205.5371, 205.5373, 205.5375, and 205.5376 no later than December 1, 2022, within one

(1) year after July 14, 2022, and at any time thereafter upon request from the Legislative

Research Commission.
