KRS 205.202: Acceptance and disposition of gifts and grants.

Where this section sits in the code

The secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall be empowered to

accept and expend gifts and grants from any source. Such moneys shall go into a trust and

agency fund to be administered by the cabinet in furtherance of the purposes of the

provisions of KRS 205.201 to 205.204.
