KRS 205.213: Technical amendment to material that has been incorporated by reference

in administrative regulation governing Supplemental Nutrition Assistance

Program.

Notwithstanding the provisions of KRS Chapter 13A, the Cabinet for Health and Family

Services may amend material that had been previously incorporated by reference in an

administrative regulation governing the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program,

formerly known as the federal food stamp program, through technical amendment if the

amendment is prescribed by the United States Department of Agriculture.
