KRS 205.240: Public assistance funds -- Availability to secretary.

All money appropriated by this state, all money received from the United States or any

agency thereof, and all money received from any other source for the public assistance

functions administered by the cabinet are hereby appropriated and shall be available to the

secretary for expenditure consistent with the provisions of this chapter and KRS Chapter
