By December 1, 2020, and at least annually thereafter, the Technical Advisory Committee

on Pharmacy established in KRS 205.590 shall make recommendations to the department

regarding the reimbursement methodologies and dispensing fees used by the state

pharmacy benefit manager pursuant to KRS 205.5514.
