KRS 205.628: Liability of recipient.

An applicant or recipient of medical assistance shall be liable to the Kentucky Medical

Assistance Program for any payment received from a third party to the extent of medical

assistance paid on the recipients' behalf under Title XIX of the Social Security Act.
