KRS 205.6401: Penalty for failure of Medicaid managed care organization to provide

accurate paid claims listing.

A Medicaid managed care organization that does not provide a hospital with an accurate

and complete paid claims listing as required under KRS 20 5.640(8)(c) shall be subject to

a penalty of one thousand dollars ($1,000) per day, starting on the first day after the report

was due and continuing until the report is provided.
