KRS 205.705: Legislative intent regarding child support statutes.

Where this section sits in the code

It is the intent of the General Assembly that requirements relating to child support or

paternity established by KRS Chapters 205, 403, 405, 406, and 407 shall be in

compliance with the provisions of 42 U.S.C. secs. 651 et seq.
