KRS 209A.060: Privileged relationships not ground for excluding evidence.

Neither the psychotherapist-patient privilege nor the husband-wife privilege shall be

a ground for excluding evidence regarding the domestic violence and abuse or

dating violence and abuse or the cause thereof in any judicial proceeding resulting

from a report pursuant to this chapter.
