KRS 21.570: Nonseverability of provisions.

Where this section sits in the code

If any provision of Acts 1980, ch. 407, or the application thereof to any person or

circumstance is held invalid, the entire chapter shall be invalid, and to this end the

provisions of Acts 1980, ch. 407 are not severable.
