KRS 210.265: No fee to be charged for staff certificate or affidavit.

In no case where the certificate or affidavit of state hospital staffs is admitted as evidence

in a proceeding to determine whether a person should be hospitalized shall any fee be

charged, it being considered a part of the regular state service.
