KRS 210.990: Penalties.

(1) Any officer who violates KRS 210.110 shall be fined not less than five hundred

dollars ($500) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) and his office or

appointment shall without further action be vacant.

(2) Any person who willfully violates KRS 210.1 30 or 210.220 shall be fined not less

than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100).
