KRS 211.195: Authorization for Department for Public Health to develop programs

allowing local health departments to participate in telehealth and receive

reimbursement.

The Department for Public Health may develop programs for local health departments to

participate in telehealth and to seek reimbursement for services as provided for other

health care providers under KRS Chapter 205 or KRS Chapter 304, Subtitle 17A.
