KRS 211.240: Duties of Attorney General, county, and Commonwealth's attorneys.

County, Commonwealth's attorneys, and the Attorney General, shall, within their

respective jurisdictions, prosecute all violations of the penal provisions of the public

health laws of this Commonwealth.
