KRS 211.365: Office space.

In order to provide for the issuance of plumbing installation permits pursuant to KRS

Chapter 318 and on -site sewage disposal permits pursuant to this chapter in a manner

convenient to the public, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall provide of fice

space in the local departments of health for the district plumbing inspector without fee or

charge to the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction.
