KRS 211.460: Disposition of funds.

Funds appropriated for the purpose of the rural Kentucky dental scholarship fund, and

sums received as a result of violations of service agreements shall be placed in the State

Treasury to the credit of a trust or agency fund for the purpose of carrying ou t the

provisions of KRS 211.405 to 211.460. Provided, however, that any sums in excess of

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) at the end of each biennium shall revert to the general

fund.
