KRS 211.904: Educational programs.

The secretary shall establish an educational program to inform parents, teachers,

personnel of human resource agencies, owners of dwellings and dwelling units, health

service personnel and the general public, of the dangers, frequency, and sources of lead

poisoning and the methods of preventing such poisoning.
