KRS 211.9071: Compliance with federal rules and regulations.

All persons certified pursuant to KRS 211.9063 or 211.9069, all training programs

accredited pursuant to KRS 211.9065 or 211.9069, and the department shall comply with

the applicable rules and regulations of the United States Department of Housing and

Urban Development, the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration,

the United States Environmental Protection Agency, and other federal agencies with

jurisdiction over issues concerning lead hazards.
