KRS 211.9079: Public education and awareness campaign.

The department may, within budget limitations, conduct a public education and

awareness campaign on the nature and consequences of lead hazards and on the need for

lead-hazard detection and abatement procedures to be conducted under careful

supervision and by certified personnel in order to assure public safety.
