KRS 211.927: Cooperation with Department of Corrections -- Assistance in training.

The cabinet shall cooperate with the Department of Corrections in the development of

regulations concerning the public health or health aspects of jails as defined in KRS

441.005 and shall assist in the training of jail inspectors employed by the Departmen t of

Corrections.
