KRS 211.945: Administration of existing laws.

All laws of the Commonwealth that relate to the supervision and maintenance of state

confinement facilities shall be administered in a manner consistent with the provisions of

KRS 211.925 to 211.930 and the rules, regulations, and standards promulgated pur suant

to it.
