KRS 211.980: Authorization to issue administrative regulations -- Hearings.

The secretary shall promulgate administrative regulations pursuant to the provisions of

KRS Chapter 13A dealing with vehicle tank and equipment requirements; conduct of

business; approval of disposal or treatment sites and methods; inspection and

administrative enforcement procedures, including suspension or revocation of licensing;

injunctive action; and any other matters deemed necessary to protect public health and the

environment. Any administrative hearing conducted under authority of this section shal l

be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.
