KRS 212.025: Cabinet for Health and Family Services and local health department may

charge fees for nursing care and health services.

(1) The Cabinet for Health and Family Services and any local health department, with

the approval of the Cabinet for Health and Fa mily Services, is hereby authorized to

provide home nursing care services and other health services and may charge fees

therefor. The secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall adopt a

fee schedule covering all charges for such services.

(2) All fees and charges collected by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services or the

local health department concerned shall be credited to a trust and agency fund to be

used only for carrying out the provisions of this section.
