KRS 212.371: Schedules of fees and charges for services rendered in facilities operated

by city-county boards of health.

City-county boards of health established by KRS 212.350 and operating hospitals and

clinics may establish schedules of fees and charges for ser vices rendered therein or

thereby and may recover such fees and charges from any person who receives such

services.
