KRS 212.690: Transfer of property and institutions.

Upon the establishment of a city -county department of health under KRS 212.640, the

property of the city board of health of the city and the property of the county board or

department of health shall be transferred to the city -county department, and the ci ty-

county board of health shall assume control of any institutions formerly under the control

of the city or county board or department of health.
