KRS 212.710: State aid for city-county department.

Any city-county department of health established under KRS 212.350 or 212.640 shall be

entitled to the same state aid as is provided for county and district health departments

under KRS 212.120, upon notice of the establishment of the department being give n to

the Cabinet for Health and Family Services as provided in KRS 212.120.
