KRS 212.830: Definitions for KRS 212.810 to 212.930.

As used in 212.810 to 212.930, unless the content requires otherwise:

(1) "Cabinet" means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; and

(2) "Health officer" means the chief administrative officer of the district health

department.
