KRS 214.280: Regulation of mattresses -- "Mattress" defined.

As used in KRS 214.290 to 214.310, "mattress" means any mattress, mattress pad or

cushion, stuffed or filled with cotton, wool, hair, upholstered spring, or other soft

material, to be used on a couch or other bed for sleeping or reclining purposes.
