KRS 214.466: Health care provider and facility civil liability exemption.

No health facility or physician or health care provider transfusing untested blood into a

patient during an emergency situation if the blood is required to save the life of the

patient shall be liable in civil damages or criminally, provided the provisions of KRS

214.464 are met.
