KRS 214.552: Breast cancer screening fund.

There is hereby established within the department a breast cancer screening fund. Any

funds appropriated by the General Assembly for the purpose of the Breast Cancer

Screening Program and any gifts or federal grants shall be deposited in the State Treasury

to the credit of a trust or agency fund to be used for the purposes of KRS 214.554 and

shall not lapse.
