KRS 214.627: Self-test for HIV infection.

Where this section sits in the code

Nothing in KRS 214.181, 214.625, or 214.995 shall be construed to prohibit a person

from obtaining or performing upon himself or herself a self-test designed to detect human

immunodeficiency virus infection.
