KRS 216.532: Prohibition against long -term care facility's being operated by or

employing a person on the nurse aide abuse registry.

Long-term care facilities as defined in KRS 216.510 shall not be operated by or employ

any person who is listed on the nurse aide abuse registry required by 42 C.F.R. 483.156.
