KRS 216.537: Daily visiting hours required.

In order to satisfy the requirements for licensure, a long -term care facility shall establish

daily visiting hours which, at a minimum, shall consist of six (6) hours between 8 a.m.

and 5 p.m. and two (2) hours between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
