KRS 216.545: Statement of requirements to be posted and copy given to each resident.

(1) The cabinet shall prepare a statement of the requirements of KRS 216.537 and

216.540 which shall become part of the public notice required to be posted in each

facility in accordance with KRS 216.543.

(2) All long -term care facilities shall provide eve ry resident, upon admission, with a

personal copy of the statement required in subsection (1) of this section.
