KRS 216B.0615: Prohibition against transferring a certificate of need -- Penalty.

Where this section sits in the code

No holder of a certificate of need for a new health facility shall sell, trade, or transfer a

certificate of need to any other person. Any person who violates this section shall be

guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
