KRS 216B.200: Definitions for KRS 216B.200 to 216B.210.

As used in KRS 216B.200 to 216B.210, the following terms have the same meaning

as in KRS 311.7731:

(1) "Abortion";

(2) "Abortion-inducing drug";

(3) "Adverse event";

(4) "Associated physician";

(5) "Complication";

(6) "Distributor";

(7) "Manufacturer";

(8) "Nonsurgical abortion provider"; and

(9) "Qualified physician."
