KRS 216B.310: Listing of boarding homes to be maintained.

The secretary shall maintain a listing of all registered boarding homes which shall be

updated at least quarterly. At the time the list is updated, the cabinet shall submit the list

of registered boarding homes to the local health department and fire depar tment in

counties containing registered boarding homes.
