KRS 217.128: Enforcement of state fire regulations.

The state fire marshal or other duly authorized agents or representatives or other

authorized agents pursuant to KRS Chapter 227 shall administer and enforce all state fire

regulations, laws, standards of safety, and regulations adopted by the commissioner of

housing, buildings and construction relating to retail food establishments.
