KRS 217.2207: Civil penalties. (Effective until July 1, 2027)

A kratom processor or kratom retailer who violates KRS 217.2202 or 217.2203 or any

administrative regulation promulgated thereunder shall be subject to a civil penalty of not

more than five hundred dollars ($500) for a first offense and not more than one t housand

dollars ($1,000) for a second or subsequent offense.
