KRS 217.690: Regulations.

The secretary shall adopt rules and regulations for the proper administration and

enforcement of KRS 217.650 to 217.710. The secretary may in his discretion adopt tests

and standards for determination of toxic, poisonous, corrosive, irritant, flammable, an d

radioactive properties of any hazardous substance.
