KRS 219.051: Enforcement of fire and safety regulations.

The state fire marshal or his duly authorized agents or representatives shall administer

and enforce all state fire regulations, laws, standards of safety, and regulations adopted by

the commissioner of housing, buildings and construction relating to hotel s and food

service establishments.
