KRS 21A.100: Court of Appeals records become Supreme Court records.

The records of the Court of Appeals involving proceedings before that court, prior to

January 1, 1976, shall become part of the permanent records of the Supreme Court. Such

records shall be given the same faith and credit as are records of the Supreme Court.
