KRS 223.180: Plants to be classified according to skills required for operation.

The Energy and Environment Cabinet shall classify all water treatment plants and water

distribution systems with due regard to size, type, physical conditions affecting such

treatment plants and distribution systems, and according to the skill, knowledge a nd

experience that the operator must have to supervise successfully the operation of such

water treatment plants and water distribution systems so as to protect the public health.
