KRS 224.10-190: Transfer of assets and personnel from Natural Resources and

Environmental Protection Cabinet.

All funds, credits, assets, appropriations, outstanding obligations, personnel, equipment

and all resources or other tangible property and any business or other matter now

undertaken or vested in the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet are

hereby transferred and vested in the cabinet.
