KRS 224.18-220: Payments under compact -- How made.

Any payments necessary to discharge any financial obligations imposed upon the State of

Kentucky by the compact, as provided in KRS 224.18 -200, shall be made from the

general fund appropriations to the Interstate Air Pollution Control Commission upon

presentation to the Finance and Administration Cabinet of itemized vouchers signed by

the secretary of the Energy and Environment Cabinet.
