KRS 224.20-745: Acquisition of special equipment, tools, materials, or facilities.

The cabinet may acquire in the name of the Commonwealth by purchase, donation,

dedication, or other lawful means any special equipment, tools, materials, or facilities

needed to adequately administer, investigate, or enforce KRS 224.20-710 to 224.20-765.
