KRS 224.46-525: Application of KRS 224.1 -400(18) to (21) to hazardous waste regulated

unit closure plans.

The cabinet shall consider hazardous waste regulated unit closure plans in a manner

consistent with KRS 224.1 -400(18) to (21) to the extent these proposals do not conflict

with state hazardous waste statutes or administrative regulations, federal statutes, or

federal regulations and are otherwise protective of human health and the environment.
