KRS 224.46-550: Fees for registration certificates and permits.

The cabinet shall promulgate regulations requiring, in connection with the application,

review and issuance of generator registration certificates showing compliance with KRS

224.46-510 or hazardous waste permits issued pursuant to KRS 224.46 -520, the payment

of a reasonable fee. The fee shall be reasonably related to the administrative cost of

verifying data submitted pursuant to obtaining the certificates or permits and making

reasonable inspections necessary for processing such applications.
